Unsustainable & laborious system. I ordered 20+ items in one order. Over 6 days, I received 1-4 SEPARATE deliveries per day, some of only 1 ITEM, min 2 plastic bags each. How is a person meant to avail themselves for 6 full days? Then returning bad quality and wrong items because of their lack of system, you have to log a ticket manually on their website and hunt SKU's in your emails - you can't return through the app, and you have to go in store to exchange, which defeats the point. I'm done.

This app has to be thee most old dated, I don't know what you want me to update when you sent me a notification. Anyways! Having to wait for items to be delivered one by one is rubbish! Very time-consuming. Having to log in a million times when you want to be notified about an item that is out of stock has been restocked. The app crashes a million times before you check out. Very annoying!!!!!

Had little issues with this app in the past. After recent update when I logged into my profile it take me to my email inbox which is very very annoying.Now I've been trying for the past 2 days just to login to check my balance I can't , because it keeps on buffering or take me back to the login options. Plz fix this!!! AND KEEP THE APP USER FRIENDLY AND EASY TO NAVIGATE AND STOP UPDATING THE APP EVERY 5 MiNUTES.
